2024 Feel the Love Program Recipient
At Robin Aire, we believe in giving back to those who have given so much. That’s why we’re a proud partner of of Lennox’s Feel The Love™ Program. Through this program, local communities can nominate a person in need to win a new HVAC system. This year, we had the incredible honor of supporting someone truly special: Matt, a disabled combat veteran, and his emotional support dog, Ranger.
While reviewing applicants, we were truly moved by Matt’s story. While helping out a friend – just one example of his selflessness – Matt’s loyal companion, Ranger, accidentally ingested rat poison. It was a terrifying and heartbreaking moment. Thankfully, Ranger pulled through, but the emergency vet care and ongoing treatments created a serious financial strain for Matt, who lives on a fixed income.
Then, just when things couldn’t feel more overwhelming, Matt’s air conditioner failed while he was trying to keep his home cool and comfortable for Ranger during recovery. Without a reliable cooling system, both Matt and his dogs were left to face the heat with no relief in sight.
When we heard about Matt’s situation, we knew we had to act. Through the 2024 Feel the Love Program, we were proud to install a brand-new, energy-efficient Lennox A/C and Furnace system – completely free of charge. It’s just a small way we could say thank you to Matt for his service and help give both him and Ranger the comfort they deserve.
Stories like Matt’s are a reminder of why this program matters. It’s about people, community, and stepping up for those who’ve sacrificed so much. We’re grateful to be part of that mission.
